ABOUT US
We are proud to launch the 4CornerSport Girls Academy, providing a high-level environment for female players across Cambridgeshire. Running identically to our Boys Academy, it offers the same professional structure, coaching, fixtures, and development opportunities.
At 4CornerSport, we support players both on and off the pitch through our Private Academy Programme, combining elite training with showcase fixtures against professional clubs for valuable exposure to scouts.
With a strong track record of player progression, we are excited to now extend these opportunities through our Girls Academy.

32 week training programme specifically tailored to your age group.

Includes three sessions a month, culminating in a competitive fixture.

Opportunity to play against Development, Elite/Futures, Pre-Academy and Academy sides.

Player Profile Report with ILPS (Individual Leaning Plans) - this can be used as a players CV to show clubs or sent for trials.

2 coaches per age group (player to coach ratio included)

Additional fixtures/ tournaments in half terms, holidays or mid week.

UEFA B coaches, links with professional clubs and constant communication with coaches and scouts.

PROFESSIONAL-LEVEL FIXTURES
Our Girls Academy will travel to a number of professional training grounds to compete at the highest level offering within the clubs set up. This is a fantastic opportunity for our players to experience the top facilities and to play against high levelled players. We like to play lots of clubs that are not just in the local area so we can expand our variety of teams and training grounds.
PATHWAYS INTO ACADEMIES
Across all of our fixtures, clubs will have coaches and scouts in attendance to observe players, providing opportunities to be identified and invited in for trials. We will also attend Talent ID Festivals run by clubs at their training facilities, giving our players further opportunities to showcase their ability.
Through our weekly training programme, and by following our proven track record of academy player progression, alongside our established coaching philosophy and structured syllabus, we will continue to support and develop the girls to reach their full potential.

Across the Girls Academy, our Academy coaches will work closely with each group to support and mentor player progression, following the same structured training syllabus. Players will receive regular feedback both individually and as part of the group.
Our Academy coaches will be present at all training sessions and fixtures, ensuring the highest level of coaching and guidance throughout the season. All of our coaches are UEFA qualified, with four members of staff holding the UEFA B Licence.

ALFIE B
STEVENAGE FC ACADEMY
Alfie has signed for the Stevenage Academy. This followed a fixture as part of our monthly match against Stevenage Academy, during which Alfie was offered an eight-week trial. The trial was cut short after he impressed the coaching staff, and he has now officially signed.
JAMIE W
CAMBRIDGE UNITED ACADEMY
Jamie has signed for the Cambridge United Academy after being put forward during the season through the Cambridge United Futures programme. Following several weeks of training and participation in a number of fixtures, Jamie impressed the coaching staff, which led to him signing for the academy. This is a fantastic achievement and reflects his hard work throughout training.

CAMBRIDGE UNITED ACADEMY
Elijah has signed for Cambridge United after progressing through the 4CS Academy. Since joining us following our Summer 2024 Open Trials, his commitment, attitude, and development have been outstanding. This signing is a credit to his hard work and the journey he has taken with us.

NORWICH CITY ACADEMY
Alex has been part of the 4CS Academy since the very beginning, progressing with us from the start and setting high standards throughout his journey. His consistent development and commitment over the years have led to him being with the Norwich City Academy for the past three seasons. This is a fantastic achievement and a real credit to the pathway he has taken with us.

The purpose of the Academy is to give opportunities to players to be seen by other clubs, coaches and scouts across the number of fixtures that are offered. We are always keeping a close eye on the players and communicating with clubs to ensure we track and monitor the players development. Our mission is to give players the chance and opportunity they deserve in the Cambridgeshire area.

To trial for our Academy, all trials take place within our ATP Programme. This is a two-week trial. After your trial, you will receive feedback on which programme you will be offered, either ATP or Academy. If you are unable to attend on Sundays, please get in touch. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email within three working days.

4CORNERSPORT ARE RUNNING PERFORMANCE CAMPS WHICH WILL BE HELD THROUGH ALL HALF-TERMS. THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY CONTINUOUS FOOTBALL,
