The 4CornerSport Goalkeeper-Specific Training Programme is designed to provide additional specialist training to goalkeepers beyond their usual club sessions. As goalkeeping is a unique position, our programme ensures players receive the specific attention and support they need to reach their potential.
The sessions are tailored to help players develop key technical and tactical aspects of goalkeeping, while also building confidence and resilience. In addition, the programme offers players the platform to showcase their ability, which could lead to potential Academy or Advanced Training Programme (ATP) opportunities within 4CornerSport, as well as guidance for those who wish to pursue a pathway into academy football with professional clubs.
For players who simply want to improve at their current level, this programme is equally valuable, providing structure, confidence, and specialist input to help them perform to the best of their ability.
The sessions are delivered by highly qualified coaches, including a UEFA B Goalkeeping Coach and a specialist Goalkeeping Coach, with academy staff also overseeing the evenings. This ensures that players benefit from expert support in a professional yet enjoyable environment.

JOSH HOLLOBON
Sessions are delivered by Josh Hollobon, 4CS Academy Coach and a fully qualified goalkeeper coach. Josh brings outstanding experience from his previous career at Norwich City, Peterborough United, and Pro:Direct Academy U18s. His professional background and academy-level expertise add huge value to the programme, providing players with top-level insight and the guidance they need to improve and progress.

45 minutes – Goalkeeper-specific technical and tactical training

15 minutes – Match-related situations, enabling keepers to put their learning into practice against outfield players
