Our 1-1 private training sessions are designed to provide personalised attention and tailored coaching to help you reach your full potential. Our expert coaches will work closely with you to identify your strengths and weaknesses, and create a training programme that suits your individual needs. With our 1-1 private training, you'll receive focused instruction and feedback to help you improve your skills and achieve your goals.You will be able to express yourself within the scenario based practises and to experience a number of situations to face and be confident to try. This is to show intension over outcome which shows us your understanding and we can then work with the execution to turn it into a positive outcome.

PRIVATE TRAINING:
Our experienced and expert coaches tailor training plans for every player, offering continuous guidance and feedback. Whether you're a beginner aiming to grasp the fundamentals or a seasoned athlete in an academy setting, our Private Training Programme is crafted to support your goals. This programme's popularity shines through the weekly participation of over 100 players, speaking to its effectiveness.
OUR TRAINING METHOD
It quite simply, all comes down to our name and what we stand for. At 4CornerSport we always included the 4 corner model. This is by looking at 4 different areas within our training and to keep to these principles throughout our sessions. This is how we break up sections within our private 1-1 training sessions.

TECHNICAL

Technical training is included within our 1-1 training sessions. This goes beyond simple technical practices, focusing on adding more tools to the player’s toolbox, including a variety of ways to receive the ball, drive, develop ball mastery, improve finishing techniques, and more.

TACTICAL

Our training philosophy focuses on equipping players with the skills and techniques needed to excel in their preferred positions. We recognise that each role demands a unique skill set, so we incorporate position-specific practices into our sessions to prepare players for a wide range of game situations and build confidence. For younger players in the foundation phase, we encourage exposure to multiple positions, helping them discover their strengths, address weaknesses, and develop a well-rounded skill set for the future.

SOCIAL

Every training session, our coaches greet each player by name and engage in conversation throughout the session about football, other interests, and more to support confidence and communication. We also help players communicate during sessions by encouraging them to demand the ball, engage in challenges, and feel confident and comfortable both on and off the ball.

PSYCHOLOGICAL

The training programme is specifically tailored to enhance the cognitive and emotional skills of athletes, with a focus on developing self-confidence, motivation, relaxation techniques under high-pressure situations, and the ability to concentrate on goals. The programme is designed to provide athletes with the tools and techniques needed to build mental resilience and achieve peak performance in their respective sports.

HOW TO BOOK

REQUEST TO BOOK A SESSION

To book a session, please click “REQUEST TO BOOK”, which will take you to the relevant page to request a session time with the available coach, location, and timings.
 

Due to high demand, as well as regular and block bookings, some time slots may not be available. Please request your preferred time on the Sunday, and we will either confirm that time or offer an alternative time that is available for that day.
 

Confirmation of your session will be sent as soon as possible. However, in cases where time slots need to be adjusted, you may receive confirmation closer to the session date. We will always ensure you receive at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your booking confirmation.
