At 4CornerSport, we are committed to supporting young footballers in reaching their full potential both on and off the pitch. Our Advanced Training Programme (ATP), based in Cambridgeshire, provides a high-quality environment designed to bridge the gap between grassroots and academy football.
Within the ATP, players compete in fixtures against development, pre-academy, and private academy sides. These games are designed to challenge players appropriately while offering valuable match experience in a professional setting.
The ATP also plays a key role within our wider academy pathway, with consistent opportunities for progression into our Academy Programme, as well as exposure to professional clubs. We have already supported a number of players in progressing through our system and into professional environments, and we continue to create opportunities for more players to follow the same pathway.
Our approach focuses on all aspects of player development, ensuring every individual is given the tools, experiences, and platform needed to maximise their potential.

ACADEMY: Our highest tier of the 4CS Development Pyramid.
ATP: Our second tier of the 4CS Development Pyramid.
The Advanced Training Programme will offer a stepping stone for players to develop, progress, and enhance their ability to ensure they have the required the ability to reach the next level of our development pyramid.
All players will be monitored thoroughly by our coaches to ensure they are being challenged sufficiently and are given opportunities to progress to the next level when they reach the appropriate stage in their development.

ALFIE B
STEVENAGE FC ACADEMY
Alfie has signed for the Stevenage Academy. This followed a fixture as part of our monthly match against Stevenage Academy, during which Alfie was offered an eight-week trial. The trial was cut short after he impressed the coaching staff, and he has now officially signed.
JAMIE W
CAMBRIDGE UNITED ACADEMY
Jamie has signed for the Cambridge United Academy after being put forward during the season through the Cambridge United Futures programme. Following several weeks of training and participation in a number of fixtures, Jamie impressed the coaching staff, which led to him signing for the academy. This is a fantastic achievement and reflects his hard work throughout training.

CAMBRIDGE UNITED ACADEMY
Elijah has signed for Cambridge United after progressing through the 4CS Academy. Since joining us following our Summer 2024 Open Trials, his commitment, attitude, and development have been outstanding. This signing is a credit to his hard work and the journey he has taken with us.

Alex has been part of the 4CS Academy since the very beginning, progressing with us from the start and setting high standards throughout his journey. His consistent development and commitment over the years have led to him being with the Norwich City Academy for the past three seasons. This is a fantastic achievement and a real credit to the pathway he has taken with us.

We are always keeping a close eye on the players and communicating with clubs to ensure we track and monitor the players development. To trial for our ATP or Academy, all trials take place within our ATP Programme. This is a two-week trial. After your trial, you will receive feedback on which programme you will be offered, either ATP or Academy. If you are unable to attend on Sundays then please get in touch. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email within three working days.

4CORNERSPORT ARE RUNNING PERFORMANCE CAMPS WHICH WILL BE HELD THROUGH ALL HALF-TERMS. THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY CONTINUOUS FOOTBALL,
