Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for 4CornerSport: To cancel a booking (Paid or to be paid at the session), please contact us at least 24 hours before your session start time. If the session is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be required to pay the full session rate. Failure to submit full payment before booking another session will result in the inability to accept your new booking. For cancellations within our Programmes (Player Performance Programme, Futsal Development Programme, or a Development Camp), please ensure you email us during the programme's active timeframe. Refunds for the remaining sessions can be scheduled at the total cost of each session, with a deduction for the booking fee. Refunds are not possible once the programme has concluded. While 4CornerSport strives to conduct every booked session, please be aware that weather conditions, safeguarding regulations, and facility communication may lead to session postponements. If you've paid for one or more sessions, we'll ensure you receive a rescheduled session. If 4CornerSport cancels a session within our Programmes due to player availability, equipment issues, or facility updates, feel free to email us to discuss a refund for the missed session.
