OFF-SEASON ACADEMY TRAINING

4CS are pleased to offer off-season Academy training for players wishing to maintain their fitness and develop their skills in the lead-up to the summer.

 

This programme is designed to ensure players remain active, focused, and prepared ahead of the new season. Sessions will continue throughout the summer period, providing consistent access to high-quality coaching and development opportunities.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

4CS are pleased to offer off-season Academy training for players wishing to maintain their fitness and develop their skills in the lead-up to the summer. This programme is designed to ensure players remain active, focused, and prepared ahead of the new season. Sessions will continue throughout the summer period, providing consistent access to high-quality coaching and development opportunities.
 

Our off-season training sessions will place strong emphasis on elite-level fitness, technical work both on and off the ball, as well as agility, coordination, speed, and directional movement. Each session will conclude with competitive games designed to maintain a high intensity and reinforce physical conditioning in a match-like environment.
 

All sessions will be delivered by our experienced Academy coaching team. This not only allows our coaches to monitor the progress of current academy players, but also provides an excellent opportunity for new or prospective players to engage with our programme ahead of the upcoming season.
 

The current training block will run every FRIDAY from 13th June to 18th July, with six sessions in total. Sessions will be held at Coleridge Community College on the grass pitches, with timings as follows:
 

Fridays:
 

  • U7/U8 – 5:00–6:00pm

  • U9/U10 – 6:00–7:00pm

  • U11/U12 – 7:00–8:00pm
